For the first 15 years of my career, I dedicated myself to big corporations, working long hours and climbing the corporate ladder. However, I switched jobs because I felt I had reached my potential. Then, in 2019, I took a leap of faith and transitioned to a new industry and role. We were a small team, and my work truly impacted the bottom line. I could see a direct correlation with those that I helped. It still felt like something was missing, and I constantly wanted to do more. Instead of continuing to wonder, “what if?” I knew it was time to make the leap! I started my own business to pursue all the things I love.
